TOSCA!!!

Saturday morning, I went to Pleasant Hill and spent the morning watching Tosca
The Met Live HD format pipes opera into 1000 movie theaters now,
and it is a GREAT way to experience an opera.
They have great singers, fabulous costumes, huge sets...
you sit back in your seat (and believe me, that theater is FILLED),
drink a soda and have your ears and eyes filled with the glory of opera.

If you missed Tosca, there is always a Wednesday re-broadcast... not live, but still great.
There is the opera and then there are the interviews of the principal singers, the director, the conductor...and all of the backstage action of putting the sets up and tearing them down. In Tosca, this was particularly interesting, because the sets are HUGE, and I mean 4-story huge!

These operas sell out quickly, so I suggest you get your tickets for Aida in two weeks. Looks to be a pretty good show!!

When I got home, Rez, Mom and Dad and I went out to lunch at Vik's (mmmmmmnnn!!), Grocery Outlet in Berkeley, Macy's to pick up my birthday gift and the massage chairs.

Hope your days are as much fun!
Love, Kellyann

You are a serious opera fan! What's the story on the massage chairs -- did I miss something?

I do love opera, that's true.
I will have to do another post on just the massage chairs...
