The View from the kitchen window...

It's been a pretty busy week here on Esther Drive.

Monday, Don came and installed the washer and started on the dryer. The dryer required alot of work because mine is gas and the previous owners had electrical. Don ran a gas line to the dryer and changed the electrical outlet from 220 to 110. He finished up that job and started installing the garbage disposal last night. He aims to finish that installation job this afternoon.

Tuesday, I took a Costco chicken over to Mom and Dad's for dinner. We made broccoli and New Orleans brussell sprouts as side dishes. After dinner some BrownKorbels came by and we sat in Mom and Dad's living room and enjoyed their Christmas tree. Mom and Dad did a good job of decorating the tree! Unfortunately, the living room doesn't have a clock and I looked down at my watch and discovered it was 11:30! OMG! ::Laugh::: and on a school night too! :::Grin::: Fortunately, the Esther Drive house is only a half hour away from Morgan Hill!

Wednesday, I had my friends Catharine and Linda from school over for tea. It was nice to get away from school and enjoy a little nosh in the kitchen. It is fun to show people around the new house! A female relative came over as well and we had a good time also at the kitchen table.

Yesterday was my last day of school. The kiddos gave me lots of little gifts. I gave most of my kiddos holiday pencils and holiday erasers. That may sound a little chintzy, but hey! I have over forty students ranging from preschool to fourteen years old! :::smile::: they all seemed pleased to pick out a pencil and an eraser.

Today I have to go to Staples because I am completely out of paper. Can you believe it?! The crazy thing is that I know I have a crate of paper up in the Meadowlark house! I have to go visit my friends at Comcast... I can't believe how difficult it has been to get the service disconnected from the Loveshack!

Here's a kiss and a hug and a wish for a pleasant day for everyone!
LOVE, Kellyann

Looking *good*! I'm off next week if you need any niece help! Can't wait to see you on the big day; do you think Santa will think we've been naughty or nice?
