Here, big clouds rolled overhead, dispelling the need for picnics and egg hunts.
I gave the parents a choice of four activities, telling them to pick a number between one and four...
They chose the movie option. Yeah!
We went to the cinemas on Bascom Ave. and saw "The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo". Mom and I have read the book, which is an excellent read, btw. The movie was excellent... maybe even better than the book. They did an excellent job of casting for this picture, and they tied together the complexities of the book. Dad was a little confused at the end, but I'm not sure that was because of the movie... it was a complex book and it was a complex movie... in Swedish with English subtitles. There are part of the book/movie that are violent and graphic, they did a good job of dealing with that.
After the movie, we went to Buca di Bepo, just around the corner from the movie theater.
We enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the food was delish.
It was a good Easter, not the usual traditional picnic and egg hunt, but good, nonetheless.
I hope your Easter was as fun and refreshing,
Love, Kellyann

If a movie is this highly recommended, I will probably see it, knowing full well there will be times I will close my eyes. I'm glad you figured out how to beat the rain!
