I hope you are not tired of pears!
I did some painting before church today...
and the pear was joined by an orange.
I like to think of them as sitting in companionable meditation together:

Pardon my fingers, I still haven't found the battery charger for the camera, so I am having to take photos using the internal camera on my computer. Here the pear and the orange sit, but the orange is showing off his label:


The orange sits behind the pear like a glowing sunset, peaceful, yet colorful. You can tell that I am enjoying the watercolors that my brother sent me for my birthday! Wow! The yellow is bright and the watercolors are almost sticky with pigment:

Very cool painting. Granulation is a very cool effect. I wish I had sent them to you before your Colorado trip. I guess you will have them for the next... or not....: )

I love them! I've only gotten to play with four of them! Can you imagine?! I am enjoying them immensely (as you can tell!)!
